TASTING NOTES:

View: dark red.
Nose: the bouquet is a vibrant wine, which are evident exquisite notes of red berries, cherries, dark herbal, floral and spicy, with hints light and shades of wood.
Mouth: The palate is very concentrated and rich wine where red fruit stands. Wine with depth, Tannin coupled well and a dash of refreshing acidity, minerality exciting for a final balanced and intense.

APPELLATION: Nelson (New Zealand).

VINEYARD: Neudorf Vineyards.

GRAPES: Pinot Noir.

AGEING: the wine remains for 12 months in French oak barrels.

PREPARATION: most are destemmed grapes, and the fermentation is performed at a controlled temperature.

WINE PAIRING: perfect wine to accompany beef, poultry, beef and venison.
