Returns
Unfortunately due to state laws we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages if the product is not defective. If a product is shipped in error, we will provide free return shipping and a full replacement or refund (whichever you prefer).Damages are only covered for insured orders. Simply notify us of the problem within 48 hours of receiving your order through the My Orders page or email us at info@modernmartdc.com.
Refunds
Insurance is turned on by default. For any uninsured orders, damages or lost items are not covered.
If somebody is not available to sign for the package at the address or if the delivery is refused and the item comes back to us, the reshipping fee will need to be paid under such circumstances to get the order shipped again. Further, if the order needs NOT be reshipped, we will issue a refund only after deducting the shipping fee paid and a 10% restocking fee.
If you want to cancel an order after ordering, we will allow this only if the order is NOT shipped. 10% restocking fee is applicable. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will NOT be allowed.
Product Images
The product shipped may differ slightly from the product image displayed on our website. Product packaging is constantly being updated and we do everything in our power to keep product images up to date. However we make no guarantees of the exact bottle shape or label design that is shipped to the customer unless it is specified as a special and/or limited edition or an older-style bottling.
