TASTING NOTES OF Montelvini Asolo Prosecco Superiore Brut:
View: Straw yellow, green reflections.
Nose: fresh and fruity aroma, acacia flowers, wisteria, golden apple.
Mouth: lively bubbles, good structure, elegant and smooth.
APPELLATION: Asolo Prosecco Superiore.
GRAPES: 100% Glera.
PROCESSING: soft pressing, fermented must at controlled by using selected yeasts temperature. After filtering and stored, fermented again autoclave, with addition of liquor circulation at a temperature of 16 °C. sparkling wine cooled to -4 °C, and left in contact with the yeast to extract maximum perfumes.
PAIRING: fish, steamed seafood and shellfish stews.
