A crisp, hoppy west coast styled IPA with a massive whirlpool hop addition that brings out beautiful pineapple notes from the Cascade, Simcoe and Eureka hops. Minimal maltiness with pine and black tea. A throw back to how we did it on the West Side. Featuring Cascade, Simcoe and Eureka hops.
